Amazing product, definitely brightens teeth! A helpful tip for most drastic results- After brushing 1-2 min, let it just sit and soak on your teeth for a while, i personally brush in the morning and hold it in my mouth while i hop in the shower, then spit it out when im done (10-15 min) Brush with toothpaste after. Flossing regularly or having a waterpik is a plus, the charcoal likes to hide in your gums ;)

I have seen a significant difference in the brightness of my teeth (other people have mentioned it also)! I also love this product because unlike other teeth whiteners, it does not make my teeth sensitive. I use usually once daily and I leave it on my teeth for about 5-15 minutes (depending on what I'm doing).

Tips:
*Open the jar over the sink (the powder might escape and it will leave a residue)
*Use a black bristle toothbrush (I bought a separate one)
*Brush and floss your teeth before use

Love! I saw results right away! I am a heavy coffee drinker and have always struggled with stains. This whitener takes the cake!
The only bad thing about it. Is that it makes a huge mess. So I started using it in the shower. Other wise I have to scrub black off my vanity. But other then that. I LOVE it.
